Order will be shipped out within 2 weeks by S.F Express after placed and a tracking number will be provided for self-tracking order.

Exchange Policy

All the products are checked and packed safely before shipping. If unfortunately, the products are damaged during shipping or involving quality issues, we are welcome to exchange within 7 days with below conditions:

  • Products MUST remain the original condition. (Please take a photo of damaged products.)
  • Provide valid sales invoice.
  • Exchanges are ONLY available of the same type. (Apart from out of stock and customers may have to pay the difference.)
  • All products ONLY able to exchange one time and have to exchange in store.
